At Webphics, we understand that sometimes circumstances may require you to cancel a project that we have already started working on. If you need to cancel a project, please let us know as soon as possible to minimize any inconvenience.

For projects that have already begun, a cancellation fee will be applied based on the amount of work completed up to the point of cancellation. The cancellation fee will be communicated to you before the cancellation is finalized.

If we are unable to complete a project for any reason, we will communicate with you promptly and provide a refund for any payments made towards the project.

Please note that if a project is cancelled after the final deliverables have been provided to you, no refund will be issued.
